Trainees' Welcome Party to Rohrauerstrasse 37
Rohrauerstrasse 37 is my new address starting January 1st, 2005.
The house from this address is also known as "the trainees' house" in AIESEC Munich, as 4 trainees live here now: Silvia (Slovakian trainee), Mateo (Polish trainee), Rajiv (Indian trainee) and me, the Romanian trainee.
Those who read this might all know what AIESEC is. And if you have been related to it in a way or the other, no matter for how short time, you all know what the expression "AIESEC party" means :)
It happened on a Saturday evening, January 29th in our dear house.
Our "dear" neighbos (reffered sometimes to also as "unsere nette Nachbarn") were not as happy as us.
But who cares, especially since it was almost 1 month since we all had moved in and not "announced" our presence in a loud way?
Initially we though it will be a nice, small party, with a couple of guests...but you can't really predict the results after the call for the party was made on the Munich traineees' list, right?
So, finally we got ourselves close to 50 guests :)
I believe all the continents were well-represented there as not only Munich trainees were there, but also some from Ingolstadt, some Erasmus students, etc.
More you can see in the online photo-album.
Just follow this link (mind the 2 lines in the link):

It was a great exprience. For sure the neighbours will not forget about it that easy - Police came at some point, when the party was over, almost all guests left ( to a disco, of course) :P
Adventurous, huh? All these are part of the crazy trainee-life.
Because Mondays are always pretty ... gloomy... although both work in my company and my colleagues are "nett" (= nice).
Till next time,
Kris
